T3 Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as VetCareerPath ("we", "us"), operates the VetCareerPath platform. We act as the data controller for the personal data you provide when using our Service.

- Profile data — branch, MOS/Rate, rank, years served, clearance, education, certifications, desired field, location, work preferences.
- Content you upload — resumes, cover letters, job descriptions, application notes.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, AI requests, device and browser type, IP address.
- Support data — messages you send our support team.
How we use it
- To create and maintain your account.
- To deliver the Service: generate resumes, cover letters, job matches, and AI reports.
- To process payments (via our Merchant of Record, Paddle).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To improve product quality.
- To respond to support requests.
- With your consent, to send product updates.
Legal basis (where applicable)
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing), and legal obligation (tax, fraud reporting).
Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — cloud hosting, database, AI inference, and analytics providers that help us operate the Service.
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for sale of the Service, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
