Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of VetCareerPath (the "Service") provided by T3 Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as VetCareerPath ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. The Service
VetCareerPath is an online platform that helps U.S. military veterans translate their service into civilian careers — including AI-assisted resume optimization, job matching, cover letters, interview preparation, and career planning tools. Free and paid tiers are available.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) commit fraud or send spam; (c) infringe intellectual property; (d) attempt to disrupt or probe the Service's security; (e) scrape or harvest data; (f) upload malware. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for activity under your account.
4. AI-generated content
The Service uses generative AI. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or career counseling advice. We make no guarantees about salary, hiring outcomes, eligibility for benefits, or job placement.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of resumes, profile data, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell your profile to recruiters.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service consistent with your plan. No reverse-engineering, resale, or redistribution.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms in addition to our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose).
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal. On termination, your access ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention window.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
