Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all VetCareerPath subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using your email and order ID (from your purchase receipt).
  2. Open a refund request through Paddle's portal.
  3. Or email our support team at support@vetcareerpath.com and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

After a refund

Refunded purchases revoke access to the corresponding paid feature or one-time report. Subscription refunds end your Premium access for the refunded period.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
