Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all VetCareerPath subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email our support team at support@vetcareerpath.com with your order ID (from your purchase receipt) and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Refunded purchases revoke access to the corresponding paid feature or one-time report. Subscription refunds end your Premium access for the refunded period.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
